Clay Sexton

Clay is our companies Property Manager; he’s also a licensed Realtor and Griffin native bringing to our team many years of customer service, client satisfaction, and extensive experience in managing large groups of people and accommodating the wants and needs of diverse groups. Clay is the first point of contact for both our tenants and landlords. He’s responsible for the efficient day to day operation. addressing any issues arising from tenants, maintenance coordination, evictions, lease compliance, and also acts as liaison between tenant and landlord. Clay is resourceful, solution oriented, and is passionate about making certain all of our clients are satisfied with the personal service our company provides.
